Q. I’m using a 3D panel, to cover the client area of a form, and as a container for other 3D panels. When I show the form, the 3D panels on top of the container 3D panel do not appear.
A. Make sure that these other panels are actually children of the Client area panel. To ensure this, you must draw the children panels directly into the Client panel.

To test if these controls are children, enlarge the form - but don't enlarge the Client panel. Try to drag the child panels out of the Client panel. If they stop at the border of the Client panel then they are children of that panel. However, if you can move these controls over the form area, they are not children of the panel. If they are not children of the Client panel, that is why you are experiencing this problem.
