Shane is currently a technical trainer for FFE Building Services. Previously he has done technical training at Leeds and Northrup, technical sales at Scientific Devices, and engineering at Hawker de Havilland.
When not training, he prepares courses, rips shreds off the product, writes manuals and laments over the lack of focus on user issues.
