INI Wrappers by the Multitude

It's my belief that the best wrapper is the one you like to use and probably have modified to suit your own purpose. Most wrappers are simple by nature and do the same thing as the underlying function but in a more intuitive way. This reflects the programmer's style in most cases. So, don't say "I won't use it" but look at the idea behind it and then modify it for your own use.
